1. General provisions
These General Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website and services of GNX Soft EOOD, trading as "HomeFix Burgas" (the "Company", "we", "us").

2. Definitions
"Website" - the website at the address owned by HomeFix Burgas
"Services" - all services offered by HomeFix Burgas, including welding, laminate installation, tile installation, drywall and fine plastering, underfloor heating, painting, furniture assembly, home installations & repairs and moving services
"User" - any person who uses the website or the services
"Customer" - a user who has entered into a contract to use the services
3. Use of the website
3.1. Permitted use
You may use our website to:
- Browse information about our services
- Contact us via the contact form
- Request a quote for services
3.2. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- Distribute viruses or malicious software
- Copy or reproduce content without permission
4. Services
4.1. Description of services
HomeFix Burgas offers the following services:
- Welding services
- Laminate installation
- Tile installation
- Drywall & fine plastering
- Underfloor heating
- Wall painting
- Furniture assembly
- Home installations & repairs

4.2. Ordering services
You can order services via:
- The contact form on the website
- A phone call
All services are delivered under a written or verbal agreement that defines terms, deadlines and prices.
5. Pricing and payment
- Service prices are set individually for each project after an on site assessment
- All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
- Payment terms are set in the service agreement
- If the customer cancels after work has started, the customer owes the cost of work completed
6. Warranty
- HomeFix Burgas provides a 6 month warranty on all services delivered
- The warranty covers defects in workmanship caused by us
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance or external factors
- To exercise the warranty, the customer must contact us within 7 days of discovering the defect
7. Liability
7.1. Company liability
- HomeFix Burgas is responsible for the quality of services delivered under the agreed terms
- Liability is limited to the value of the service delivered
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or missed opportunities
7.2. User liability
- The user must provide accurate and complete information
- The user is responsible for providing access to the site and the conditions needed for the work
- The user is liable for damages caused by their actions or omissions
8. Intellectual property
- All rights in the website content (texts, images, logos) are owned by HomeFix Burgas
- Copying, reproducing or distributing the content without written permission is prohibited
- Infringement of intellectual property rights leads to civil and criminal liability
9. Dispute resolution
In case of disputes, the parties commit to seeking a resolution through negotiation. If no agreement is reached:
- Disputes are resolved under Bulgarian law
- The court at the location of HomeFix Burgas has jurisdiction (Burgas, "Tsar Simeon I" Str. 56)
- Consumers have the right to address the Consumer Protection Commission
10. Consumer rights
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to:
- Information about the service before signing a contract
- Cancel a contract within 14 days for distance sales (where applicable)
- File a complaint with the Consumer Protection Commission

11. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website. We recommend reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
